Fidelity is committed to maintaining the highest legal and ethics standards in every aspect of our business. Anyone who suspects or becomes aware of a possible violation of any law, regulation, Company policy, or the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics should promptly report the conduct. The Compliance and Ethics Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be used anonymously to report any actual or suspected violation.

The hotline is operated by a third-party independent company whose trained interviewers will protect your confidentiality and, if desired, your anonymity during the reporting process.

When submitting a report online, please complete all screens of the Web Report Form and provide all required information. No information will be transmitted until you click the submit button on the final screen. You may also report your concern by calling the Compliance and Ethics Hotline at 855-FNF-TIPS (US) or 011-877-597-7454 (International).

Fidelity strictly prohibits retaliation of any kind by or on behalf of Fidelity and its employees against an employee who, while acting in good faith, reports a possible violation of any law, regulation, Fidelity’s policy, or the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, or participates in an investigation, whether the violation is reported to Fidelity or to a proper governmental agency.

Information received by EthicsPoint will be provided to Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (“FNF”) and is subject to use by FNF in accordance with FNF’s policies and privacy notice.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
